We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to return it for a refund or store credit to repurchase your preferred item.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

All Urban Haven Living gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue. The expiry date will be clearly shown on your card or in your email confirmation.

Gift cards can be redeemed online at urbanhavenliving.com.au for any product, including sale items, unless otherwise stated.

Simply log into your account and enter your gift card code at checkout , your remaining balance will be displayed before you confirm payment.

We currently ship only within Australia. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-14 days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information for your parcel.

If there is any delay to your parcel we will notify you via email.

Items must be returned within 10 days after receiving your order.

To Start a Return:

1. Login to your customer account
2. Select the order you wish to return
3. Select the items you wish to return and then click Request Return 
4. We will then review your return request and respond to you with the next steps. 

Please do not return the product to us without our prior consultation. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, have any labels or tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
