Gift Cards Terms
- All Urban Haven Living gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the card.
- Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or used to purchase other gift cards.
- Any unused balance remaining on a gift card after the expiry date will not be refunded or credited.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced or refunded. Treat gift cards like cash.
- Gift cards can only be redeemed for purchases made on the Urban Haven Living online store.
- Where the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
- Any returns for products purchased using a gift card will be refunded in the form of a replacement gift card.
